By stressing the importance of getting my home listed in the MLS so that it had huge and immediate exposure, which many times a property does not have unless it's on a very busy road or extremely desirable neighborhood.  (Brandon) lways answered my calls promptly, good about emailing me documents, provided comps realisticly to help me set a good price to sell at quickly, suggested contractor if I did not know one for a type of work or product the property needed to get completed.
